Refund policy

You can always contact us for any return related inquires at krishascrafthub@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received - unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return, email us at  krishascrafthub@gmail.com with your order number , receipt/proof of purchase and the reason for your return with in 3 days from delivery.
Items directly sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reasons for return
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with picture immediately if the item has manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We do not accept returns other than these two reasons. We also do not accept returns of the items on sale or of gift cards. If the return is approved (from the photographs of product), we will arrange for the collection of return shipment. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If the return is approved, we will dispatch the replaced items as soon as possible.

If the item can not be replaced, in those cases only, we will refund the price for product and shipping upon receipt of product. Till the time, the returned item reaches to us, it will be your responsibility and we will not refund you if they get lost in transit.

If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or debit card company to process and post the refund too.
