Shipping policy

We charge a flat ₹100 shipping. 

Once you place an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation within 2-3 business days for ready to dispatch products. For customized product the same will take around 7-12 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-7 days shipped via our logistics partners.

Most of our products are made-to-order, so production time vary for each product. If you have placed order for more than one products, please consider the delivery time with the longest lead time.

Please enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order. As soon as we ship your order you will get notification and  tracking for the same on your mentioned contact number/email address.

Krisha's Crafthub is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they receive them. 

 If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call the courier partner who ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time in efficient manner.
